Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in promotional events and product demonstrations to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms tidy at all times to meet company standards.
Qualifications:

- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation to get to our New York City location.
- Basic computer literacy for POS transactions.
