Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring their shopping needs are met efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain the sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards to drive sales and enhance the brand image.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales accurately at the register while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow employees to achieve daily goals and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday shifts as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; no prior retail experience necessary.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers and staff.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
