Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product selection and inquiries.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
