Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain store organization and cleanliness standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional events and weekend sales strategies.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management to prevent stockouts.
- Provide excellent product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event displays and promotional areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional weekday shifts as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard retail technology (POS systems).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
