Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining in-store promotional displays and events.
- Cash handling and end-of-day closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
