Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or processing transactions efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
