- Merchandise Display: Keep sales floors clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and folding clothes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow employees to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers locate items, check inventory, and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with general store upkeep, including cleaning and organizing the backroom.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- No Experience Needed: Previous retail experience is a plus but not required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
