Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Handle customer service issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management.
- Collaborate with team members to execute store layouts and promotional displays.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
