Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during peak weekend traffic.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and processing of new stock.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Antonio location.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
