Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order processing and inventory management during weekend shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital interactions
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and replenish products
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and material handling equipment operation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible shift hours
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred for transportation between facilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
