Responsibilities
- Sort, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly, including forklifts and scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational challenges
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
