Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to weekend guests across all touchpoints
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and back-of-house
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking during weekend shifts
Qualifications
