Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock inventory to ensure accurate inventory counts and organization.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in general warehouse maintenance as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and attendance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (if driving company vehicle).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
