Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maintain high safety standards.
- Manage inventory cycles, cycle counts, and loading dock operations.
- Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA compliance) and conduct daily safety briefings.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and escalate issues to upper management immediately.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA safety training.
- Proven ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
