Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude upon arrival.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, appealing store layout.
- Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy during weekend rushes.
- Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with precision.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
