Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise: Safely handle packages and inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners as required for daily operations.
- Maintain a safe workspace: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Organize inventory: Keep the warehouse organized and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Customer service support: Assist in answering questions and resolving issues for internal and external customers.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
- Attention to detail: Must be able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
