Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Availability: Ability to start immediately (Weekend Warrior mindset).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety and operational instructions.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
