Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship: Accurately sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment to customers across the US.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve and stage orders for delivery trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift changes.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
