Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and update digital inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
