Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory stocking, organization, and replenishment procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to shoppers in-store or online.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Process transactions and handle cash with accuracy and strict adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience is a plus.
