Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of freight trucks with speed and accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Verify package contents and handle customer returns efficiently.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid government-issued ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- No prior logistics experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
