Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operational Support: Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash handling with precision.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Stock Management: Receive and unload shipments, ensuring inventory is processed and stored correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation and a positive attitude.
