Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in tasks.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with scanning devices and data entry software.
- High School Diploma: Equivalent education preferred.
