Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records to prevent discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
