Location: Jacksonville, FL (Serving the Greater Jacksonville & Georgia Border Area)
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently with a focus on speed and precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and receiving shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational flow during the transition from weekend to weekday shifts.
- Operate basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and other office equipment as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
