Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person during weekend hours.
- Assist with data entry, ticket processing, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Handle inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Perform basic inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
