Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely load, unload, and sort merchandise using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control procedures, including stock counts and organizing storage areas.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers and team members to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following all safety protocols.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines during every shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and potentially holidays.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time consistently.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
