Responsibilities
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing inventory to ensure product availability.
- Greet customers and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor to meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
