Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process payments.
- Unload deliveries and manage inventory in the stockroom.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales and operational goals.
- Assist in special events or promotions as scheduled during the weekend.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
