Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers by greeting them warmly and assisting with inquiries.

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and returns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high KPI scores.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention and safety protocols.
- Attend weekend team meetings to review performance and learn new sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a proactive approach to learning new tasks.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
