Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entry and exit.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store standards.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe shopping space.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for transaction handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
