Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company policies and cash handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and store policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings or late evenings as needed.
