Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care support services during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient admissions, discharge processes, and documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

- Support facility operations including inventory management and equipment readiness

- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in patient support or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
