Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless shift transitions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license or ability to commute to our Tampa facility.
