Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Efficiently and safely move merchandise from delivery trucks to the warehouse storage area.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packaged and labeled.
- Inventory Control: Assist in stock counting and maintaining accurate inventory records using our scanning systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage before processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team lead to meet daily productivity targets and maintain a safe work environment.
- Trash Removal: Regularly clean and organize workstations to comply with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with basic data entry and handheld scanning devices.
