Responsibilities
- Unload and stock merchandise efficiently to ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with company safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock room organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and internal team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical stamina required to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for local driving tasks).
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis location.
