Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and load products for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with accuracy.
- Ensure workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate shipping and receiving logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
