Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Manage inventory and stock merchandise efficiently
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Merchandise products according to seasonal promotions
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor areas
- Assist with visual displays and store aesthetics
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee location
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset essential
- Must pass background check and drug screening
