Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to strict quality and quantity standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in a safe manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area to ensure operational efficiency.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding stock levels and order status.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Driving: Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific role duties.
