Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries regarding products and services.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Restock inventory shelves and organize merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and stockrooms throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in the management of customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
