Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend peak hours (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Manage inventory restocking and visual merchandising standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Support promotional events and weekend sales initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
