Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and maintain inventory for weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend workflows
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available for Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Chicago location
- Flexibility to cover additional weekend hours during peak seasons
