Job Overview
We are currently hiring for our Weekend Shift to ensure our fulfillment operations run smoothly. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the supply chain process, handling inventory with care and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all labeling is correct before shipping.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
