Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure efficient shift operations.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license (Class C).
