Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Assist in daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and credit payments, and provide receipts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with management for inventory replenishment.
- Security: Adhere to loss prevention policies and report any irregularities or suspicious activities to supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve daily targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Math: Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to changing business needs.
