Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere upon entry.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards to drive sales and enhance the store's appeal.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies with patience and expertise.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure efficient store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
