Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and locate items efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandise standards throughout the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
