Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours
- Manage front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships
- Assist with event setup and weekend special promotions
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
