Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a welcoming, organized environment for customers during weekend hours.
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels and visual displays.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Monitor store security and perform routine checks to ensure a safe shopping environment for all visitors.
- Clean and organize work areas, shelves, and restrooms to meet strict company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily goals and operational needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate the sales floor.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
- Valid state ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
