Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks according to strict quality control standards and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all safety regulations and 5S guidelines.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs immediately.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and finished goods in accordance with inventory management protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) with reliability and punctuality.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for quality assurance tasks.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
